How a return works
Call and tell us you want to send it back. No reason is needed and nobody will try to talk you out of it. We arrange collection, look the car over when it arrives, and refund you within three business days.
If you are returning it because something was not as described, we refund the delivery cost too.
The conditions, plainly
- The car comes back as it left — no new damage.
- No parts added, removed or changed.
- Normal wear for its age is expected and is described on the record before you buy.
- After 14 days or 250 miles the return window closes.
