Terms of sale

1. IDescriptions

   Every car is described from our own inspection and test drive; mistakes are corrected as soon as we learn of them. Details from the manufacturer, an auction or a previous owner are passed on in good faith.

2. IIPrices

   The price on the record includes our paperwork. Tax, title, registration and delivery are extra and are shown before you commit.

3. IIIBuy Now requests

   A Buy Now request takes the car off the market while the paperwork is completed. Any deposit counts toward the price and is refunded in full if we cannot complete the sale.

4. IVDelivery

   Cars travel with insured carriers. Once you have inspected and signed for the car, it is yours.

5. VReturns

   A car can be returned within 14 days or 250 miles of delivery, whichever comes first, as set out on the guarantee page.

6. VIThis website

   Photographs and descriptions are ours. Please do not use them to list a car elsewhere.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under your state's consumer laws.
